Latest Bollywood Gossips  | How to participate in KBC 5

The much awaited game show KBC 5 is back and this time back with a bang. The show KBC 5 will be aired on Sony Entertainment Television in the month of August 2011. The phone lines to participate in the KBC 5 will be open from 27th May, 2011 onwards. The selection and registration of the contestants has will be starting from May onwards. The interested candidate can register through BSNL or MTNL mobile or Landline and Idea mobile.

The procedure to participate is as follows –

Amitabh Bachchan will ask one question daily on Sony Channel, which has four options. The interested candidate has to give right answer of any one question within the given time limit. After the completion of the first round a list of participants will be shortlisted. Around 14,500 candidates will be randomly selected by the computer from the first round.

These participants will be called by the KBC 5 team to collect the personal information of the participants. After the verification of the participants, around 1400 candidates will be shortlisted randomly on computer. These candidates will have to undergo the written test and video audition. After the clearance of this round the candidates will finally be taken forward for the Fastest Finger Round with Amitabh Bachchan.
